We are ‑seeking an inspiring Director of Housing Operations to lead our housing and maintenance services and shape the next stage of our organisational journey.
The Role
As a key member of our Senior Management Team, you’ll:
* Lead high performing housing and maintenance services
* Drive service improvement and regulatory compliance
* Champion customer experience and support our social purpose
* Work closely with tenants, partners, staff, and the Board

The ideal candidate is someone with senior level experience in a small organisation, who is flexible, adaptable, and willing to be hands on:
* Brings strong leadership and operational expertise
* Has a passion for providing excellent services, reducing inequality and improving housing outcomesIs data driven, collaborative, and committed to excellence
