This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in delivering exceptional supporter experiences and making a meaningful impact in the lives of children, young people, and families across East Anglia. About the Role: As the first point of contact for our supporters, you’ll provide outstanding customer service across phone, email, and web enquiries. You’ll ensure every interaction is handled with gratitude, efficiency, and professionalism.
