We are now looking for a Quantity Surveyor with a civils background to join our team, supporting major works in the Central Belt with travel to site based in Falkirk / Grangemouth.
What you'll be doing
Key Responsibilities
 * Procuring and managing supply chain partners.
 * Measuring, recording, and valuing work in line with project requirements.
 * Preparing and reviewing cost estimates, bills of quantities, and schedules of rates.
 * Supporting monthly cost reconciliations and value reporting.
 * Working closely with project teams to ensure financial and contractual control.
 * Building strong relationships with stakeholders and subcontractors.
Who we're looking for
 * A civils background and proven experience in commercial management on civil engineering projects.
 * A degree in Quantity Surveying (BSc/MSc) or equivalent experience.
 * Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
 * Drive and ambition, with a focus on achieving results and delivering excellence.
 * Working towards or holding professional membership (RICS, ICES or CIOB) would be an advantage.
