Key Responsibilities
:
1. Acting on a broad range of commercial property matters, including sales and purchases, leases, licenses, and landlord & tenant issues
2. Managing your own caseload from start to finish, ensuring high levels of client care and satisfaction
3. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and leases
4. Advising clients on all aspects of commercial property law, including lease renewals, rent reviews, and dispute resolution
5. Supporting business development initiatives and building strong client relationships
6. Liaising with colleagues, clients, and third parties to ensure smooth and efficient transactions
Requirements:
7. Minimum of 3 years PQE in commercial property law
8. Experience in landlord & tenant matters, lease negotiations, and related commercial property transactions
9. Proven ability to manage a caseload independently and prioritise effectively to meet deadlines
10. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
11. Strong commercial awareness and commitment to client care
12. Professional, reliable, and motivated with a proactive approach
