Accounts Administrator – Belfast (Part-time or Full-time)

Duties:
·Manage accounts payable and receivable
·Credit control and cash flow management
·Nominal ledger and petty cash control
·Bank reconciliations
·Prepare and submit VAT and statutory returns (including CIS)
·Set up new customer and supplier accounts
·Assist with monthly management accounts and year-end statutory accounts
·Maintain accounting and CRM systems
·Provide general office admin support and assist other departments as needed
Requirements:
·2+ years’ experience in a finance or accounts admin role
·Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
·Strong attention to detail and time management skills
·Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
·Working knowledge of VAT, CIS, and statutory reporting
