The Opportunity
We're seeking a Senior Quality Engineer to join our team in Peterborough, UK. In this pivotal role, you'll drive and improve our Quality Management System while providing critical assurance to our Senior Management Team during an exciting period of growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead internal audits of our ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001 Management Systems
* Manage and participate in third-party, customer, and supplier audits
* Drive our Non-Conformance Process, handling customer complaints, internal quality issues, and supplier quality management
* Lead containment, root cause analysis, and investigation activities
* Maintain documentation system integrity for ISO management systems
* Provide QMS training and communication across the business
* Drive continuous improvement of our quality systems
* Deputise for the Quality Manager when required
What You'll Bring
* Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001 management systems
* Experience with quality tools such as 8D, FMEA, control plans, and SPC
* Experience working in a manufacturing environment
* Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent
