As a E-commerce Specialist joining a well-established distribution company based in Crawley. To manage a range of online sales activities. You’ll work closely with the sales and marketing teams to grow our digital presence and online revenue. E-commerce Specialist responsibilities: * Manage our online sales channels, including Amazon and eBay. * Create, update, and optimise product listings. * Track website and platform performance, ensuring data accuracy and consistency. * Develop and implement strategies to increase online sales and visibility. * Set and manage competitive pricing across platforms. * Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve website content and user experience. * Monitor sales trends and customer behaviour to identify opportunities. * Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity. * Respond to online enquiries and support customer interactions. Skills & experience required: * Strong understanding of E-Commerce platforms and SEO. * Experience with content and product management. * Good communication skills – written and verbal. * Highly organised with attention to detail. * Strong time management and ability to prioritise tasks. * Customer-focused approach with a problem-solving mindset. * Project management experience is a plus.
