We are currently recruiting an Assembly Operative to join a well-established manufacturing company based in Birmingham. This is a temp-perm position
The Role:
Working within a busy production environment, your duties will include:
1. Assembling precision mechanical equipment
2. Occasional basic electrical work
3. Picking and packing components and finished products
4. Carrying out occasional refurbishing and rework tasks
5. Following assembly instructions and quality standards
6. Maintaining a clean and organised work area
What We’re Looking For:
7. Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is desirable
8. Good attention to detail and manual dexterity
9. Willingness to assist with varied tasks as required
10. Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
What’s On Offer:
11. £12.65 per hour
12. Monday to Friday working pattern
