We are currently recruiting experienced FLT Counterbalance & Reach Drivers for one of our well-established clients based in Leamington Spa. This is a temp to perm opportunity offering long-term stability for the right candidate.
Shift Pattern:
4 on / 4 off rotation
* Days: 9:00am – 9:00pm
* Nights: 9:00pm – 9:00am
Pay Rates:
* £13.77 per hour – Day
* £14.77 per hour – Nights
Key Responsibilities:
* Operating Counterbalance and Reach trucks safely and efficiently
* Loading and unloading goods
* Moving stock within the warehouse
* Supporting general warehouse duties as required
* Adhering to all health & safety procedures
Requirements:
* In-date external FLT Counterbalance and Reach licences (essential)
* Previous FLT experience in a warehouse or distribution environment
* Ability to work both day and night shifts on a rotating pattern
* Reliable, hardworking, and safety-focused
