We are recruiting an exceptional Home Manager for a well-established, specialist mental health care home in Littlehampton. The Opportunity
This is a hands-on leadership role for a Home Manager who is passionate about delivering outstanding mental health care alongside strong operational performance. You will be responsible for leading a safe, caring and well-led service where residents feel genuinely supported and empowered.

Leading, developing and retaining a compassionate, skilled multidisciplinary team

Building trusted relationships with residents, families and external professionals

Managing occupancy and referrals while maintaining excellent care standards

Ensuring full regulatory compliance and maintaining the home’s Good CQC rating

Creating a positive, values-led culture that supports staff engagement and retention
About You

An experienced Home Manager with a strong background in quality, compliance and mental health services
*
A proven leader who balances operational performance with compassionate, recovery-focused care
*
Confident, visible leadership style with a genuine passion for supporting people with complex needs
*
Nurse qualified with an active NMC PIN desirable, though experienced non-nurse managers will be considered
