Teaching Assistant Key Responsibilities:

4. Assist in managing classroom behaviour and promoting a positive learning atmosphere.
5. Encourage pupils' academic, social, and emotional growth.
6. Support children with SEND and additional learning needs when required.
Teaching Assistant Requirements:
7. Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role (preferred but not essential).
8. Enthusiastic, proactive, and patient approach.
9. Ability to build strong relationships with pupils and staff.
10. A passion for supporting children's learning and development.
11. A commitment to a long-term teaching assistant role in a primary school setting.
