Job Overview
You will supervise the day-to-day smooth running of the department, motivate the team to drive performance, and ensure all activities are completed on time and in a professional manner. This role will lead, guide, and support the team to deliver excellent customer service. Additionally, you will support the Contact Centre Management team in recruiting, inducting, and developing the capabilities of new and existing colleagues.
Note: This is a 6-month temporary fixed-term contract position.

Key Responsibilities
1. Manage retail operations, resources, and customer service within the branch, including line management of the Weekend Retail Assistant.
2. Conduct regular reviews to enhance colleague engagement and support development, emphasizing a safety-first culture.
3. Deliver daily briefings to ensure performance aligns with business metrics and KPIs.
4. Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation across all retail areas.
5. Maintain operational standards to achieve excellence and ensure safety compliance.
6. Lead a customer-focused retail team, fostering a service-oriented mindset.
7. Adhere to processes for returns, credits, and warranties to enhance customer experience.
8. Maintain stock accuracy and availability.
9. Deliver efficient service levels, including click-and-collect processes.
10. Collaborate with sales and operations teams to maximize customer opportunities.
11. Ensure retail operations comply with financial audits.
