The Role
The Dealer Development Business Analyst provides support to the Dealer Development team and facilitates the smooth operation of the department, contributing to the long-term growth of the business.
* Actively engage in ongoing projects and support them with innovative ideas for enhanced outcomes.
* Join and contribute to cross-functional project teams.
* Complete project documentation and reports.
* Collect, manage, and present key data for improvement activities.
* Identify and suggest opportunities for business improvement.
* Collaborate with other departments to achieve objectives and develop learning and skills.
The Team
The Dealer Development team links Kia UK with its network of 190 franchised Dealers, helping to manage improvements, encourage investment, and monitor Dealer performance and customer experience to meet business objectives.
Customer quality is central to Kia’s mission: to create space for people to get inspired and time to bring ideas to life. As a Dealer Development Business Analyst you will contribute to these functions to ensure an exceptional customer experience for Dealer Partners.
You will work with all commercial and operational departments within Kia UK, together with Dealer partners, European HQ and key suppliers.
About You
