The successful applicant will: • Be a qualified teacher • Have experience of working in Key Stage 2 • Be enthusiastic, hardworking, resourceful and keen to ensure that the highest standards of pupil achievement, personal development and well-being are attained • Have high expectations of the children’s learning and behaviour and be committed to raising standards • Be skilled at tailoring and adapting learning to meet the needs of individual pupils • Use their initiative and work effectively as part of a team • Have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with parents and carers to achieve the best outcomes for their children • Is committed to CPD for themselves and others • Is an enthusiastic, resilient and imaginative individual, who will create a learning environment where children feel secure • Have a high level of commitment to the pupils in your care. • Possess a positive, energetic and enthusiastic outlook. • Demonstrate patience, understanding and empathy with pupils and parents.
