Senior Quantity Surveyor - Greater Manchester
EQUANS is recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor based in Greater Manchester. This is a permanent, full-time role working 40 hours per week. The role offers a competitive salary, car allowance, bonus, and benefits package.
This position is ideal for an experienced senior quantity surveyor in the social housing or local authority sector seeking a new opportunity or an experienced quantity surveyor looking to advance their career.
General Overview
As our Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will oversee the day-to-day commercial control, reporting, and management of multiple projects from award to final account. You will manage a team of quantity surveyors, ensuring effective commercial control, timely and accurate documentation, and collaboration with the Procurement Team for procurement and final account management.

Candidate Requirements
Experience
* Industry experience as a Quantity Surveyor
* Postgraduate experience reporting to a senior surveyor or commercial manager
* IT Skills: MS Office, Excel, Project, Word
* Experience in social housing or local authority sectors
