Responsibilities
* Develop, implement and lead sourcing strategies aligned to client requirements.
* Lead performance across all strategic sourcing and procurement activity across both soft and hard FM.
* Foster and maintain prosperous supplier relationships and effectively engage internal senior stakeholders to ensure procurement is a valuable contributor to client operations.
* Lead negotiations and deliver savings targets relative to client account deliverables.
* Implement strategic procurement planning, RFP management, bid analysis and recommendations, liaising with client governance teams for contract management and approvals, risk management, compliance, and reporting.
* Engage senior stakeholders and use your commercial acumen to influence key procurement decisions.
* Develop, maintain and manage ESG strategy.
* Develop EMEA strategic relationships with multi-national suppliers.
Qualifications
* MCIPS and a degree are preferable.
* 7+ years’ experience in facilities management procurement roles.
* Proven expertise across IFM procurement, with demonstrable experience in both Soft & Hard FM services.
* Strong interpersonal, influencing, stakeholder management, SRM, commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
* Strong analytical, financial and commercial skills, judgement, creativity and innovation.
* Deep understanding of sourcing procedures – particularly for services contracts.
* Experience in developing EMEA strategic relationships with multi-national suppliers.
