Link3 Recruitment are working with a thriving 3-form entry school close to Market Harborough that is looking for a talented Year 2 Teacher to join their welcoming and supportive team as soon as possible, continuing through to the end of the academic year.

The Role
* Plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons aligned with the national curriculum
* Create a positive and inspiring classroom atmosphere
* Work closely with colleagues in the parallel Year 2 classes to share ideas and best practice
* Attend staff meetings, parents' evenings, and contribute to wider school life
* This is a full-time role that includes planning, preparation, and assessment (PPA) responsibilities
About You
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential
* Experience teaching within Key Stage 1 (Year 2 desirable)
* A reflective practitioner with a growth mindset and a passion for helping pupils succeed
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
