Lutine Bell are supporting an a global professional services firm to appoint a Commercial Counsel into their expanding Legal Commercial Team.
Responsibilities include but are not limited too:
* Draft, review and negotiate client agreements and legal documentation
* Negotiating contracts with third party providers
* Maintain up-to-date legal knowledge to ensure compliance with relevant policies and legislations
Requirements
* 2-6 years PQE
* Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
* Strong commercial acumen
