Responsibilities
* Working within the New Homes Site Sales offices in Bedfordshire / Buckinghamshire / Northamptonshire
* Book and conduct property viewings
* Negotiate offers between developers and buyers
* Work with your team to deliver success and consistently high service standards
* Canvass and produce new business
o Calling our client database
o Contact home owners
* Engage and be active within your local community to establish your reputation
* Prepare contracts/terms and conditions to secure sales
* Advertise properties through all available channels
o Social Media posts
o Quick Sneak Peak videos
o Leaflets
o Photography
* Refer relevant business to internal resources
o Legal services
o Mortgage and Protection Advisers
Requirements
* Demonstrable track record of success within a target‑driven role in estate agency, ideally with knowledge or experience in new homes
* A reputation for delivering outstanding customer service
* Enthusiasm to learn and continuously develop knowledge and skills to advance your career
* A hunger to earn and a drive to work hard and reap the rewards of dedication
* Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK (in accordance with the Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006)
* Evidence of right to work in the UK (passport or birth certificate)
* Proof of address and National Insurance
* Subject to passing probation and completion of 1 year’s service
Compensation and Benefits
OTE: £40,000 - £50,000
Basic Salary: Up to £25,000 (depending on experience)
Working Hours: Thursday to Monday 10am to 5pm
Commission Structure
* First appointments arranged for mortgage and protection advisers
* Legal sign‑ups
* Sale completion – commission on every plot sold
