Engagement: Casual position offering variable hours on a flexible basis

About the Role:
The primary role is to provide a high level of care, comfort, and wellbeing for all persons attending the event.
Turnstile Operators should present themselves in a positive, courteous, and professional manner at all times, focusing on enhancing the customer experience.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
* Provide excellent service to Home/Away supporters.
* Attend match briefings as given by the Turnstile Supervisor and understand ticketing arrangements for each fixture.
* Sign on duty, indicate availability for upcoming games, and sign off after duties conclude.
* Ensure the area around their designated turnstile is clear and operates smoothly; report issues immediately.
* Operate ticket scanning devices correctly.
* Work with Safety Stewards to prevent unauthorized access; enforce ground regulations but avoid routine searches or ejections unless trained to do so.
No previous experience is required as full training will be provided.

* Flexible to work in different stadium locations.
* Smart appearance, good hygiene, and communication skills.
* Ability to manage conflict and challenge inappropriate behavior confidently.
* Basic numeracy and literacy skills.
