We are looking for atalented PSI Lead CBT Therapist to ensure the high quality development andprovision of psychologically informed interventions within our Drug &Alcohol Wellbeing Services in Hammersmith & Fulham and bring apsychologically informed perspective to multiagency working.
Main duties of the job
1. Overseeing the delivery of high quality, targetedindividual and group psycho-social interventions with the people we support
2. Adhering tocompliance and governance for internal and external regulatory frameworks
3. Adheringand contributing to development of organisational policies and procedures
4. Ensuring that outcome measure collation andanalysis is used to improve psycho-social treatment provision
5. Offering cognitive-behavioural perspectives onclient treatment during case consultation and team meetings
6. Supervising other staff in the delivery of CBTinterventions
7. Overseeing client and family member feedbackmechanisms and aiding service to act on these
8. Helping to identify treatment gaps and working withnational psychology team to develop interventions to address these
9. Being a part of the senior clinical team in theservice, contributing to making the service more psychologically-informed

20. Current accreditation with BABCP (or accreditable and working towards accreditation)
21. Experience of offering CBT in the Health & Social Care sector
22. Masters Level qualification in Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy
23. Foster an effective, cross organisational and collaborative way of working
24. Excellent communication skills
25. Knowledge of IT systems
