Salary range: Dependent on experience, full-time position
Working within the Yordas Helix team, the Yordas Helix Sales Associate will work to support the pre or post-sales experience of our rapidly growing Chemical Management SaaS platform. This junior role will provide the successful candidate with the opportunity to join a dynamic and exciting market and interact with some of the world's most recognisable brands.
Roles and Responsibilities
Depending on the grade and previous experience, candidates will be responsible for some of the following areas:
* Product demonstration: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, clearly communicating the features and benefits of the product or service.
* Relationship management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, becoming a trusted advisor for clients
* Customer Onboarding: Conduct onboarding sessions and training for new customers to ensure they understand how to use the product effectively.
* Customer Success: Act as a point of contact for any ongoing client support, issue resolution, and follow-up on any additional needs or upsell opportunities.
* Strong Communication: both written and oral; willingness to present to individuals and groups at a senior management level and to travel to events
Profile and Qualifications
Demonstrable Experience
* Experience of interacting within a professional environment
* Good knowledge of MS Office and G-suite
* Understand and present complex technical information
* Demonstrate an understanding of sales within a SaaS would be desirable
* An ability to work to organisational deadlines and KPI’s
The successful candidate will be a driven and motivated team player. It is essential for them to have excellent written and verbal communication skills and possess a strong and demonstrable aptitude for all aspects of the sales and business development process. It is not expected that the successful candidate will have existing knowledge in chemicals or chemicals regulations and full training will be provided on this topic.
