About the Role Were looking for a driven Business Development Manager to grow our presence in the construction skips and RORO market. Youll be responsible for winning new business, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue across construction, demolition, and infrastructure sectors. Commission Structure 8% of new customer revenue above £240k (uncapped) Paid every 6 months Based on invoiced revenue (pro-rated over 12 months) What Youll Be Doing Winning new business across construction and waste sectors Building and managing key client relationships Negotiating contracts and pricing agreements Identifying new markets and revenue opportunities Working with internal teams to deliver excellent service Managing your pipeline and hitting revenue targets Requirements Must have: Experience within the waste management industry
