12-Month Fixed-Term Contract | 37 Hours per Week
An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Cleansing and Waste Enforcement department. We are looking for two dedicated and enthusiastic Driver/Operatives to join our Waste Enforcement team on a 12-month fixed-term contract (37 hours per week).

Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out a range of cleansing duties to maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of our local areas.
- Support our Waste and Education Enforcement Officers by engaging with the community and promoting responsible waste management.
- Respond to public enquiries and provide accurate information to residents.
- Ensure all tasks are carried out in line with relevant legislation, Council policies, and procedures.
What We're Looking For:
- A passionate individual committed to recycling and helping the Council meet environmental targets.
- A full, valid driving licence and experience operating larger vehicles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently and respectfully with the public.
- A proactive problem-solver who takes pride in delivering excellent service.
- Flexibility to work across a 7-day shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays.
