We are currently seeking a Corporate Tax Senior / Associate Manager to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified tax professional to take ownership of a client portfolio, support complex advisory work, and contribute to the development of junior team members.
Key Responsibilities
1. Supervise a portfolio of corporate clients, managing all aspects of tax compliance and advisory work
2. Research and interpret complex tax legislation, presenting findings in a clear and practical manner
3. Support colleagues with technical issues involving complex groups and corporate structures
4. Assist the Corporate Finance team with tax input on due diligence projects
5. Contribute to ad hoc tax projects and ensure high standards of technical delivery
What We’re Looking For
6. ATT, CTA, ACA or ACCA qualified
7. Strong project management and organisational skills
8. Ability to analyse complex tax issues and make informed decisions
9. Experience supervising and coaching junior team members
10. Commercially aware and client-focused, with excellent communication skills
