We also won the Gold award for ‘Digital Transformation in Social Work’ based on Digital Me films created by young people in the Domestic Abuse and Youth Justice services. These films are excellent and a testament to our young people and the teams supporting them.
Additionally, two of our foster carers received the CYPS Foster Carer Award supported by their Fostering Social Work Practitioner.
Throughout 2023, we successfully secured grants to develop new services, including piloting the national DFE Family Network, Turnaround funding to support at-risk youth, and the Family Links programme for children in care.

We are looking to recruit a Senior Practice Supervisor/Team Manager for our Assessment and Intervention team. This team supports families requiring assessment, child protection enquiries, legal intervention, and child and need support. You will manage a small team of social workers, providing supervision, quality assurance, and coordinating casework allocation.
You must hold a recognized Social Work Qualification or equivalent (SW Degree, CQSW, Dip SW, or CSS) and be registered with Social Work England. You should demonstrate ongoing CPD and be progressed to Level 3 and Practice Educator Level 2.
