Key Responsibilities • Perform accurate and competent delivery of radiation therapy treatments • Operate Varian equipment to deliver high-quality, safe, and effective patient care • Apply IGRT training to carry out image-guided radiotherapy procedures • Maintain precise records of treatment delivery and patient progress • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimise treatment outcomes and ensure best practice • Adhere to all health, safety, and professional regulations within the department • Communicate effectively with patients, offering compassionate support and clear information throughout their treatment
Requirements • HCPC registration as a Therapeutic Radiographer • Proficiency in using Varian equipment and knowledge of IGRT procedures • Strong technical and communication skills • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team • Full UK driving licence, as travel may be required
