We are seeking an experienced Learning & Organisational Development Trainer to design, deliver and evaluate highquality learning interventions that support organisational and departmental priorities across the City of London Corporation.
In this role, you will plan and deliver engaging learning programmes using blended approaches, facilitate workshops for individuals and teams, and work closely with managers to diagnose learning needs. You will collaborate on digital learning content, adapt programmes to support organisational change, and evaluate impact to ensure continuous improvement and return on investment.
You will bring proven experience in designing and delivering L&D interventions—particularly for people managers along with excellent facilitation, communication and organisational skills. A recognised L&D or training qualification (such as PGCE or CIPD Certificate in Training Practice) is essential, alongside strong IT capability and a passion for innovative, highquality learning.
