Beauty Brand Ambassador
Role Description
The Brand Ambassador is an integral part of the team providing world class customer service to every single customer. Keeping exceptional customer experience at the forefront of everything, the Brand Ambassadors will tailor each consultation to their customer, providing an enjoyable and natural service going above and beyond at all opportunities. This role will be focused on delivering exceptional makeup looks for customers in store, surprising and delighting each and every person with a personalised experience. You will be confident in makeup application, have extensive product knowledge over a range of brands and be adaptable to customer requests.
Service
1. Provides world class level of customer service and product knowledge to all customers at all times.
2. Build customer relationships using CRM to ensure all customers receive a tailored shopping experience.
3. Create a warm and welcome environment for all customers with a seamless customer journey from the initial welcome to the end of the transaction.
4. Resolve customer queries in a timely and professional manner and ensure customer satisfaction is always at the top of your priority list
5. Support and be involved in events internally and externally.
Sales
6. Achieve personal set goals and KPI's
7. Drive sales through the seamless customer journey and experience and deliver personal targets and KPI goals.
8. Drive service, sales, loyalty and appointments with customers.
Operational Excellence
9. Always a positive, professional and dynamic team member.
10. Ensure perfect store standards including top hygiene standards in all areas.
11. Assist in the update and maintain VM of all brands
Experience/Skills:
12. Makeup artistry desirable
13. Beauty retail experience preferred but not essential
14. Strong passion for beauty and customer service essential
15. An 'always on' approach when at work.
16. Strong beauty knowledge and makeup application to self and others.
17. Strong communication skills
18. Full availability including weekends and bank holidays is imperative
