Shaping the future of engineering specialists at the heart of UK National Security
You will join a team of systems thinkers and problem solvers working with leaders at all levels in a fascinating national security technology & engineering organisation. You’ll support both creation of strategy and its implementation by identifying challenges the organisation faces, how it should engage with them, and then applying the right amount of architectural control over the organisation as those choices are implemented. You will help our leaders to get the balance right between rigour and pace, so that HMGCC continues to provide the astonishing diversity of operational technology that the UK’s most iconic national security organisations need to keep the country safe and prosperous. This comes at a time when HMGCC is changing to embrace more open ways of working with industry, academia, and wider government, so that it achieves a step change increase in how much of its delivery is through working with others. If organisational strategy and/or architecture is your thing, and you care about doing something that genuinely makes a difference, it doesn’t get much better than this.
