Excellent opportunity to join a small and dynamic Digital team - to support in all aspects of site maintenance, administration, trade performance and optimisation of - in line with brand vision and strategy.
Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
* Supporting all new product and campaign launches:
* Coordinating and collating product details from relevant departments pre-launch and supporting with copy writing where required.
* Management of all product uploads and promotional activity, in line with launch deadlines.
* Supporting onsite hygiene by removing discontinued products and redirecting as required.
* Supporting the editing and publication of content on the website e.g. blog posts, information pages, lookbooks, reviews and content pages.
* Optimising the onsite search experience; uploading synonyms and regularly conducting search term analysis.
* Owning collection page merchandising across all store fronts, to improve conversion rate and product performance.
* Management of all promotional codes - generating, testing and updating codes, hygiene checking live discount codes and updating (as required).
* Responsibility for site maintenance and site hygiene, regularly checking copy, testing links.
* Highlighting and raising site fixes and optimisation issues to third party and keeping on top of these issues until resolved.
* Regularly updating assets on social channels such as Facebook, Pinterest and Twitter.
* Assisting with email newsletter sends, including proof-reading, thorough testing, proof-reading, ensuring all credits are correct, and communicating deadlines to the wider Digital team.
* Utilising reporting tools to review digital performance across all channels. Action trading decisions on a weekly basis as required.
* Running weekly and monthly email reporting
* Staying up to date with competitor activity and providing regular reports for the wider Digital team.
* Research tasks as and when required, as directed by the Senior eCommerce Manager.
* Supporting with all administration for the eCommerce team.
* Attending agency calls on a weekly basis.
IDEAL CANDIDATE :
* Must have previous experience working within an office environment.
* Must possess a basic understanding of all key digital channels and their importance to a fashion business.
* Previous use of Shopify Plus, Google Analytics and an email service provider would be advantageous but not essential.
* Sound analytical skills.
* Highly organized and responsible, with the ability to multi-task and work effectively and calmly under pressure.
* Ability to work on own initiative and prioritise workload.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
* Commercially minded, digitally savvy.
* Friendly and personable, with a can-do and consistent attitude.
