Responsibilities
* Drive senior client relationships, business development, sales pipelines and proposals
* Lead programme delivery across Banking, Insurance and Wealth Management clients
* Drive market, client and competitor insights through immersive and data-driven analysis
* Formulate corporate, business unit, and sales and service strategies
* Lead the design of business models, operating models and business architecture
* Conduct value architecture to identify cost-benefit insights for strategic opportunities
* Lead experience, digital, and AI / Generative AI-led transformation initiatives in collaboration with broader Accenture teams (e.g. Accenture Song and Technology)
* Play a leading role in building and growing the Financial Services Strategy & Consulting practice and community
Qualifications
* 10+ years' experience with a top-tier strategy or consulting firm (e.g. MBB, Big 4 or equivalent)
* Proven track record in Financial Services, including Banking, Insurance and Wealth Management
* Deep understanding of industry trends, challenges and growth opportunities
* Demonstrated ability to originate, manage and close complex sales opportunities
* Bachelor's degree as a minimum (e.g. Business Science, Commerce, Engineering or similar)
* Strong foundational Strategy & Consulting skills with extensive consulting delivery experience
* Clear understanding of the opportunities presented by Technology, AI and Generative AI
* Strong client relationship management, stakeholder engagement and commercial negotiation skills
* Excellent problem-solving ability with a balance of conceptual and practical thinking
* Passion for taking solutions to market, from concept through to execution
* Curious mindset, positive attitude and strong team orientation
