Your Role:
Support pupils across Years 3–6 with learning, wellbeing, and confidence in class
Deliver small-group and 1:1 interventions in maths, reading, and core subjects
Assist teachers with lesson preparation, classroom organisation, and behaviour support
Build positive, consistent relationships with pupils to help them reach their full potential
What You’ll Need:
Previous experience supporting children in KS2 or similar age groups (school or youth setting)
A calm, consistent, and proactive approach to classroom support
Confidence leading small-group work and using creative approaches to learning
Enhanced Child-Only DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
