Time off and Flexibility Our Codi Repairs Team covers areas between Haverfordwest and Monmouthshire, with our office base for this role being Swansea covering predominantly between Bridgend and Pembroke Dock Working days are predominately Monday to Friday days or you can work compressed hours on a 9 day fortnight. 26 days holiday, pro rata entitlement plus Bank holidays. Rising to 31 days with an extra day for each full year of service. Colleague Discount platform. What is great about the role? As a Multi Skilled Engineer, you'll deliver top-notch repairs and maintenance services to our properties. Whether working individually or as part of a dynamic team, you'll handle a diverse range of building maintenance tasks. Your primary focus will be on our reactive maintenance team carrying our day to day repairs for our tenanted properties. Occasionally, you may lend your expertise to other areas of the business, such as voids or planned maintenance. What skills and experience do you need? Proven Expertise: Showcase your groundwork/ fencing skills with experience in both domestic and commercial settings. As this is a Multi Skilled role we require you to have a secondary skill preferably in carpentry. Qualifications: Provide evidence of relevant qualifications (if applicable) and experience to excel in your role. Effective Communication: Demonstrate excellent communication skills, essential for interacting with customers and colleagues alike. Safety Awareness: Maintain a keen awareness of health and safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
