Due to exciting changes within the company, they are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager with experience within water solutions to join their team.
The Role
You will be managing large high revenue workplace services accounts, effectively managing and growing relationships and client spend.
Manage and develop key FM client accounts, acting as the main point of contact
Own high-value contracts, ensuring service delivery meets agreed SLAs and commercial targets
Coordinate with FM partners and internal teams to deliver reliable installations, servicing, and issue resolution
Drive retention, renewals, and account growth through strong relationship management
Handle escalations and provide clear performance updates to the National Account Manager
You will be targeted on increasing revenue with our partners through introducing new lines and growing volume of existing listings.
