We are seeking a dedicated Family Support Worker to join our Interventions Hub, a crucial component in providing timely assistance to families. Our focus is on developing early intervention and prevention services to ensure families receive appropriate support, reducing the need for statutory social work intervention. This role is vital in working with children, young people, and their families to enhance parenting skills and improve the life prospects of children and young people.
Responsibilities:
* Deliver services that empower parents to enhance their child's health and development.
* Work collaboratively with families to build parenting capacity.
* Provide tiered support to prevent the need for statutory social work intervention.
* Collaborate with team members and work independently as required.
* Maintain flexibility in work hours to meet the needs of families.

* Self-motivated and well-organized.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
* Possession of a full valid driving license and sole use of a vehicle.
