Key duties and responsibilities
Provide leadership and direction to the home’s staff team, promoting a culture of kindness, compassion, and empathy.
Recruit, train, motivate, and retain a team of skilled care professionals committed to delivering person-centred care.
Ensure the home meets all regulatory requirements, including those set by the CQC, and maintain excellent standards of care and support. xsngvjr
