Job Title: 1st Line Engineer Location: Bristol (onsite)

Act as the initial point of contact for clients, handling queries via phone, email, and the ticketing system
Deliver first-line support across desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
Diagnose and resolve common issues with Microsoft Windows, Office 365, and basic networking
Support software deployments, system updates, and hardware installations or configurations
Previous experience in IT support or a helpdesk role
Solid understanding of Microsoft Windows 10 & 11 environments
Proficiency with Office 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive
Familiarity with core networking concepts such as DNS, DHCP, and IP addressing
