We are looking for an Electrician to work on a social housing contract in Ashington and surrounding areas. This is a permanent role. The successful Electrician will be expected to complete responsive repairs in tenanted properties as well as commercial environments.
The Electrician will receive:
£38,200 basic salary (£43,000 OTE including standby)
Van and fuel card
Generous pension scheme
28 days holiday + bank holidays (36 days total)
The Electrician successful will be expected to complete:
Work in Ashington and surrounding areas
Reactive repairs and maintenance
Working in domestic and commercial environments
Monday - Friday, 37 hours per week
We are really keen in speaking to any Electrician who has:
NVQ/City and Guilds Level 3
18th edition
Full UK Driving License
