We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Cleaning Supervisor to lead and support our client's cleaning team in Dorking area. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with a strong eye for detail, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for maintaining high cleanliness standards. Key Responsibilities Supervise and support a team of cleaners on site Ensure cleaning standards are consistently met and maintained Carry out routine inspections and quality checks Cover absences, and manage daily workloads Ensure health & safety and COSHH procedures are followed Report issues, manage stock levels What We're Looking For Previous experience in a cleaning or facilities role Own car is essential Supervisory or team leader experience Strong communication and organisational skills Ability to motivate and manage a team Good knowledge of health & safety standards Reliable, flexible, and professional attitude What's in It for You?
