Are you an experienced solution sales professional with great connections in Build-to-Rent or Student Living (PBSA)?

SALTO Systems is hiring a Sector-Specific Business Development Manager to lead sales growth in the UK's residential living space.

Do you thrive on winning business through long-term relationships and offering cutting-edge technology solutions?

You'll be responsible for identifying and converting new business opportunities for SALTO's access control Wecosystem - trusted by residential operators, developers, and student accommodation providers globally.

What You'll Be Doing

* Identify and engage operators, developers, and PBSA providers across the UK
* Present smart access technology solutions that improve security and operational efficiency
* Lead the full sales process from first contact to proposal, demonstration and close
* Manage your sector-specific sales pipeline and use CRM to track activity and performance
* Attend relevant trade events and forums to promote the SALTO brand
* Report to the Sales Director and collaborate with technical colleagues and marketing

What You'll Bring

* 3+ years B2B sales or business development experience (PBSA or Build-to-Rent advantage)
* Experience selling solution-based products or technology
* Strong pipeline management, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
* Confidence presenting to C-level stakeholders and asset managers
* UK driving license and flexibility to travel when needed
