Type: Full Time Duration: Permanent Location: London, Glasgow or Manchester Working Pattern: 2 days working from the office, 3 days remote Department: Workplace & Legal Support Services The Role This role leads the delivery and execution of the Management Board’s global real estate strategy, focusing on rightsizing our footprint and modernising workplaces. It plays a pivotal part in reducing fixed premises cost per head, improving space flexibility, and enhancing the quality of workplace services for our legal delivery teams worldwide. The Team The role sits within Workplace & Legal Support Services, partnering closely with Regional COOs, Property & Facilities Management teams, and wider business services functions. The team is responsible for delivering consistent, high‑quality workplace experiences globally, supporting hybrid working, and driving continuous improvement across workplace operations.
