What You’ll Be Doing

As a CX Placement Student, you will:

1. Analyse customer feedback and performance data to identify trends and opportunities.
2. Support the creation of insight reports, dashboards, and presentations.
3. Contribute to cross functional projects that enhance service and satisfaction.
4. Share updates on CX initiatives across the organisation.
5. Participate in testing new systems, tools, and process changes.
6. Provide administrative and coordination support to the CX team.

Who We’re Looking For

You’ll be a great fit if you are:

7. Currently studying for an undergraduate degree (in at least your 2nd year), but not graduated.
8. Studying Business, Marketing, Data/Analytics, Psychology, or a related field (desirable, but not essential).
9. Confident working with data and willing to build your analytical skills further.
10. A clear and enthusiastic communicator.
11. Organised, adaptable, and keen to collaborate with people across different teams.
12. Curious, proactive, and motivated by problem solving.
13. Competent with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
