Your Mission:
* Be part of the Big Mamma Bar team.
* Clean glasses and maintain stock during service.
* Open and close the bar, completing necessary prep.
* Respect health and safety standards, maintain cleanliness and organization behind the bar.
* Provide excellent customer experience and embody Big Mamma values: warmth, professionalism, teamwork, and problem-solving.
Your Skills:
* Big smile and passion for Italian food.
* Great energy, proactive attitude, and team spirit.
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Previous bar experience in a busy environment is a plus.
* Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings.
