Key Responsibilities:
* Support the class teacher with daily activities and routines.
* Assist with setting up learning resources and keeping the classroom organised.
* Work with small groups or individual pupils to help them engage with their learning.
* Encourage positive behaviour and teamwork.
* Support children during playtime, lunchtime, and school events.
* Have an open approach to ALN.
