Role context and purpose: Support the delivery of strategic change and transformation programmes in partnership with Project and Programme Managers, ensuring projects are planned, delivered, and monitored effectively – on time, within budget, and aligned with organisational goals.
Responsibilities
* Lead small-scale projects, coordinate business change activities, and support core project functions such as planning, governance, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and reporting.
* Contribute to ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with organisational goals.
* Work with Project and Programme Managers to ensure effective project planning and execution.
Requirements / Qualifications
* Strong organisational skills, a proactive mindset, and a passion for structured project delivery.
* Ability to manage detail, drive progress, and work collaboratively to deliver impactful change.
