Sales Co-Ordinator Location: West Bromwich £28,000 – £30,000 DOE Monday to Friday, 07:00–16:00 About the Role An opportunity has arisen for a Sales Co-Ordinator to join a busy commercial team. This role supports the full customer journey, from quotation through to invoicing, ensuring a smooth and compliant service throughout. You will work closely with sales, technical, operations, and transport teams to coordinate customer requirements and maintain high levels of service delivery. Key Responsibilities * Manage customer enquiries via phone, email, and website * Support preparation and coordination of customer quotations * Arrange waste bookings and ensure correct documentation is completed * Liaise with technical teams to confirm pre-acceptance requirements * Raise accurate and timely customer invoices * Resolve invoice queries and process credit notes where required * Manage customer complaints and service issues * Support onboarding of new customers and account setup * Assist with key account reporting and scheduling * Liaise with transport teams and drivers regarding job requirements * Work collaboratively across sales, operations, and technical departments Requirements * Previous experience in hazardous waste or regulated waste environment (essential) * Strong organisational and multitasking skills * Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) * High attention to detail and accuracy * Proactive and solution-focused approach * Ability to work across multiple internal teams What’s on Offer * £28,000 – £30,000 DOE * Monday–Friday working pattern * Stable, office-based role * Training and development opportunities * Exposure to commercial, technical, and operational functions Apply now to be considered for this opportunity in West Bromwich
