👩⚕️ Your Responsibilities
As a Support Worker within a Day Care setting, you will:

Support adults with learning disabilities and complex needs
*
Encourage independence and social inclusion
*
Assist service users with daily activities and structured programmes
*
Promote dignity, wellbeing and person-centred care
*
Work alongside care staff to maintain a safe and supportive environment
*
Follow safeguarding, health & safety, and care protocols
✅ Essential Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
*
Minimum 12 months recent experience supporting adults with learning disabilities
*
Enhanced DBS (or registered on the Update Service)
*
Right to work in the UK
*
Up-to-date CV with full employment history
*
Good communication and teamwork skills
*
A compassionate and professional approach to care

NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care

Medication Administration Training

Manual Handling Certificate
