Overview
The opportunity to work in a unique holiday letting business in the Cotswolds. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of creativity and analytical skills, with a strong understanding of both direct marketing and engaging our targeted audience. You will work collaboratively with our operation manager and managing director to ensure cohesive messaging and effective project management.
Basic salary pro rata, £28,000, OTE salary £40,000.
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote products and services.
* Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
* Manage SEO initiatives to improve website visibility and search rankings.
* Create engaging content for various channels including daily website updates, email marketing, and blogs.
* Utilise Google Ads and Google Analytics to track campaign performance and optimise accordingly.
* Oversee the management of the company's website using WIX, ensuring content is up-to-date and relevant.
* Collaborate with management teams to create visually appealing marketing materials.
* Maintain organised project timelines and deliverables through effective project management practices.
* Foster strong communication with internal teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
Skills
* Ideally 4-5 years of experience in luxury brands
* Competent at using WIX
* Highly proficient in SEO techniques, Google Ads, and Google Analytics for data-driven decision making.
* Excellent copywriting abilities for creating compelling content across various platforms..
* Solid organisational skills with exceptional time management capabilities.
* Strong analytical skills to assess campaign performance metrics.
* Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
