Associate Account Manager

Responsibilities
* Maintain relationships with key Account Clients.
* Visit Account Clients to build and develop positive relationships.
* Advertise vacancies and use social media, LinkedIn, database and other channels to find candidates.
* Receive and review applications, manage interviews and create a shortlist of candidates for the client.
* Negotiate pay and salary rates.
* Work towards exceeding targets relating to the number of candidates placed, bill value and business leads generated.
* Collaborate closely with the Business Manager to understand projects and requirements.
* Keep up to date with industry developments to ensure competency in the role.
* Perform account‑related administrative tasks, e.g., payroll, invoices, timesheets, travel, accommodation.
Qualifications
* Motivated and driven to prove yourself as a key player and deliver the best service for candidates and clients.
* Excellent organisational skills.
* Tenacious and resilient – not easily phased by setbacks and comfortable in high‑pressure situations.
* Proven fluency in English; additional languages are a bonus.
* Sales and recruitment motivated.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office.
* Outgoing and friendly personality.
